I’m Justina welcome to videoMAXED, formerly Purple Square Video. After being in the business of video (and TV) production over 30 years with 15 of those in video marketing, 4 years ago we pivoted to focus on video editing to support brands as you work to keep up with the fast-moving world of marketing. Below is a little more about us.

It’s our objective to make your life easier to take a load off. If we don’t need to ask for something we can find out ourselves we do, we take initiative, we are pro-active and we do everything we can to make having your content as easy and trouble-free for you as possible.

Video content should be efficient, not wasteful. Too often, valuable footage is overlooked, resources are duplicated, and content opportunities slip through the cracks. We’re on a mission to change that—helping teams fully utilize their footage, streamline workflows, and foster smarter collaboration to reduce waste and truly maximise.

I spent my corporate career at the BBC, working across production, from development and pilots to programs and promotions. With 30+ years in TV and video marketing, I thrive on ideation and efficiency.
Passionate about promoting women in tech and Gen X, I’m also a mum of three young adults and keeper of two energetic dogs—Malinois Russell and Staffie Lucy!
PAOLA
VIDEO EDITOR & MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER
I’m a multidisciplinary creative focusing on video & motion graphic work. What I enjoy most is helping clients share their brand stories, helping to transform consumer choices for the better.
I’m also an aspiring roller-skater and pursue gig photography whenever I can!
LAURA
VIDEO EDITOR & ILLUSTRATOR
I’ve been lucky enough to work across genres, and have experience in television, short films, music videos and features, from comedy and documentary to sci-fi and experimental.
I also love letting my pet gerbils climb over my head!
SHELING
VIDEO EDITOR & MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER
I am fascinated with working in videos and motion graphics. In my previous experience, I participated in different commercials, music videos, and films which was so much fun.
I also enjoy watching movies with my cats during the weekend!
HANNAH
PRODUCER & VIDEO EDITOR
I’ve been working in the industry for 14 years, working up from a production assistant to camera operating, editing and producing.
I am a huge advocate for animal liberation and environmental change. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me on long walks with my dog Monty in the woods!

... and we're off.... started submitting your job requests and we'll get cracking. The first couple of jobs there is more comms as we get to know you, then we pick up the pace.
